Research Team & Project Management The group of reseachers that will complete the study together. The MRUTC is responsible for the majority of the project management and parts of the research. The University of Toledo is responsible for part of the study's administration and parts of the research. The University of Illinois at Chicago is responsible for the remaining portion of research in the study.
Steering Committee The group that is ultimately responsible for the direction of the study. Each participating agency has one voting representative for decisions related to the study. The cooresponding FHWA state divisional representative has a non-voting seat on this committee also. Other members have been invited to participate as non-voting members.
Advisory Committee The group made up of private and public sector freight stakeholders in our region that assist the other two groups in the research and policy of the study. Efforts have been made to distribute membership across the region and modes.
